MLMIC, HANYS and FAKS to Host 2019 Healthcare Law Review Webinar on November 14

Given the challenging landscape of practicing medicine in New York State, healthcare providers and facilities should remain educated about legislative changes related to liability concerns and apply risk mitigation strategies aimed at reducing liability exposure. During the 90-minute webinar, Nancy May-Skinner, Esq., of FAKS and Sandi Toll, Esq., general counsel of HANYS, will share an overview of recent legislative, regulatory and case law developments that impact the delivery of healthcare.
