Mailing of Tax Information for Berkshire Hathaway Transaction Proceeds
1099-B tax forms for recipients of cash consideration from MLMIC’s acquisition by National Indemnity Company will be sent on February 25 via Computershare. The mailing will contain an explanatory insert and a 1099-B tax statement required by the IRS.

ADA Calls Concern About Dental Floss Safety “Unwarranted”
The American Dental Association (ADA) has responded to recent media coverage of a study that had raised concerns about the safety of dental floss. Pointing out that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has placed no restrictions on the use of dental floss, ADA says it finds “no cause for concern based on current evidence.”
